Ana Kolarević
Ana Raguž
Experienced program designer and trainer with 15 years in impact entrepreneurship, specializing in youth, beginners, and impact entrepreneurs. Co-founded 3 ventures in hospitality and capacity building, including Impact Hub Zagreb. Designed and led flagship projects supporting micro-entrepreneurs, providing resources to female entrepreneurs and enhancing young people’s employability. Skilled in program design, team coordination, project management, impact measurement, and mentoring. Currently serving as Head of Programs at Impact Hub Zagreb, managing ongoing projects and support services for (impact) entrepreneurs. Passionate about connecting entrepreneurs and change makers, and enhancing educational systems.
Ante Lučić
Ante is a Zagreb-based entrepreneur, consultant, and founder of A-Link, specializing in strategic HR management and career and education consulting. Educated in history, international relations, law, and business in Germany, he advises individuals, companies, and institutions on talent development, recruitment, and the future of work and education. He is the creator of the exANTE HR diagnostics methodology, co-author of the BENO entrepreneurship program for schools, and initiator innovation platforms like Cronnect.me and The Walnut Fund. In Impact Hub Zagreb Ante advices and mentors entrepreneurs on demand or within Impact Hub’s key programs in Croatia.
Hermes Arriaga
Entrepreneur, business innovator, and strategic advisor with 15+ years of experience supporting startups, SMEs, and international organizations worldwide. With a background in engineering and environmental economics, Hermes facilitates co-creation, sustainable business design, and complex transformations using practices such as Art of Hosting, Design Thinking, and LEGO® Serious Play. He brings a deeply human, user-focused approach to strategy, innovation, and positive business change. Hermes is also co-founder of La Milpa, the first nixtamal-based tortilla produced in Croatia and a member of Abriva Partners, an strategic consulting company focused on early stage entrepreneurs in their efforts to take off and scale their solutions. He is a co-founder of Impact Hub Zagreb and currently in charged of the direction, partnerships and business development. At Impact Hub Network Hermes sits in the board of the Impact Hub Network Regional Board and takes a leadership role on supporting early stage and more mature Impact Hubs in Europe and beyond.
Lara Grubeša
Lara comes from a line of very diligent and highly focused professionals like few that we have met. Her attention to processes and to details has no equal, not to mention her persistence beyond this world to manage Croatian bureaucracy and tax compliance regulations using a unique mix of common sense and good willing. Her pre-motherhood social media presence could mislead you until you met her soft-hearted character taking care of the most complex financial challenges that she deals with on a daily basis managing not only Impact Hub Zagreb’s accounts, office papers, legal and accounting compliances but also the several impact entrepreneurs she also supports among Impact Hub local Nework.
Petra Salarić
Petra is an award-winning researcher, designer, and activist specializing in wellbeing and taboo topics. She developed a globally recognized framework for structurally designing for taboo topics, presented internationally across conferences, universities, and organizations. With 10+ years of experience in design and art, a background in positive psychology, and professional experience across seven countries, she creates meaningful, culturally sensitive interactions that enhance individual and collective wellbeing.
