WISE

The WISE objective has been to elaborate and extend an integral training programme based on cutting-edge methodologies and an experiential pedagogical plan with a user centered perspective and to develop an interactive e-community to allow women with work experience and willing to start-up socially-focused projects to ideate and plan them as effective social businesses. WISE programme focused on women with a passion for social change that provided them with the opportunity to learn about themselves and the way they can make an impact in their life and society. It did so by permitting them to: (1) Reflect upon themselves and their role in creating social change (2) Develop the skills and competencies to innovate socially (3) Be part of the network of like-minded individuals across Europe.
