Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a limit on the number of packages?

Not really, we suggest you contact us to build the best package for your needs, we offer discounts on a certain amount of packages and for advance payments.

Do I have a discount for more packages?

There are discounts available, just ask for them. Our account managers will give you more details.

As a member, can I bring guests to Impact Hub space?

Yes!. Members can hold meetings using a Meeting Room, which needs to be booked in advance, the name of your guest should be provided in advance as well. Be aware that you will also need to let us know of any guest (non member) if you meet them out of the working hours.

Can I use the working space on weekends and out of working hours?

Working stations can be used outside working hours and on weekends. Meeting rooms can be used on demand too, but access out of the working hours is limited for non members, if you need to have that partner or client within that period, we suggest you contact us first.

What about coffee and drinks?

Kitchen is available on demand, we offer high quality espresso coffee and you can prepare tea as well.  There are beers in our bridge (at an extra cost). We suggest you to drink responsibly.

How is the internet?

We have Cisco Meraki access points all around the place with optical cable internet of 50/50 Mbps.

What kind of the extra office equipment do I have access to?

Meeting rooms includes the use of a projector (with adapters for Mac and HDMI) and a presentation pointer. The room is also equipped with a flipchart stand, which is also a whiteboard with the associated markers. Flipchart paper is not included. Also, if you need something to be copied, you can do it in our space by prior arrangement, a paper shredder  is also available.
