    • Reservation has not been completed until you receive the official confirmation.
    • Filling out an inquiry does not immediately book a room.
    • Room prices are the ones stated here
    • During weekend, rooms need to be booked for a minimum of 3 hours, please note that weekend prices increase 20%
    • We will refund the deposit you paid if the reservation is canceled within a minimum of 3 working days before the booking date. If you cancel after this day or event is not held, you will be charged 50% of the total booking price.
    • Event rooms are inside a working space, so we are unable to accommodate events that would exceed noises above the level of usual working space tone.
    • Use of data: Data sent is used in the process of reservation of Impact Hub Zagreb event rooms and will not be forwarded to other parties or used for other purposes in accordance to our data policy
  • Important notes:
    • We suggest you submit inquiry at least one week before your event. In case your event is happening during the weekend, we suggest you submit inquiry even earlier.
    • You will receive a response by email within 24 hours after submission, or the first working day after your inquiry was submitted if done during weekend or holiday.
    • Please note that during working hours (9 AM to 6 PM, Mon to Fri) meeting rooms are only available for booking upto a max of 2,5 hours.
    • We offer special discount for associations and cooperatives (udruga i zadruga)
