1. Fill out the online questionnaire
We are interested in information about your previous experience and the intention that led you to HUBespresso.
2. You are paired with one of our experts and meet in an introductory coffee session
You’re matched with an expert who fits your needs. Together, you align on your key challenge using our diagnostic tool*, clarify goals and agree on how you’ll work and what success looks like.
3. We work hard during 3 sessions.
We meet three times for focused check-ins. Between sessions, you work on tailored tasks that lead to concrete, measurable results.
4. Final coffee
We analyze what has been achieved, asses the development and help you define your next big decision.
