Frequently Asked Questions

How does the room booking process look like?

You must first fill in the request inquiry form, after which we will respond by e-mail with availability information and appropriate offer. To confirm a reservation, you must pay the relevant deposit according to the terms of payment specified in the offer.

Do I have a discount on the use of the room?

Members of Impact Hub Zagreb receive a discount based on their membership package as well as non-profit organizations (associations, foundations, …) who have a 30% discount.
All others can get a discount on the advance payment of the total amount when booking the room or by special inquiries (number of terms etc.).
Keep in mind that Impact Hubs are places that promote social innovation and entrepreneurship. By using our rooms you are contributing to the Impact Hub Zagreb model of work, which means that you directly contribute to the empowerment of entrepreneurs working on the development of a better society.

Can I use the room on weekends and out of worksing hours of the Impact Hub Zagreb?

The rooms can be used outside working hours and on weekends, usually until 9 pm. The room can be used on weekends with timely booking (at least 8 days before the event). Weekend prices increase by 20%.

In what period of time is it possible to cancel the booking of the room?

If the reservation is cancelled within a minimum of 3 working days before the booked date, we will refund the deposit you paid. If you cancel after this deadline or event is not held, you will be charged 50% of the total rental price of the reserved room.
The room can also be booked by those who are not members in the period from 5 to 9 pm during the week, and from 9 am to 9 pm on weekends. On weekends the room can be used if you reserve it for three hours at least.

Do I have the option to use a refreshment service?

With the use of the room we also offer you a refreshment service. This includes coffee, tea, juice and water. The price is calculated by the number of persons, not by the number of drinks consumed.
If you express your desire to bring your own drinks, this option is also possible.

Is there an option to organize food or catering?

If you want to have a meal, in communication with us, you are free to arrange it. If you like, we can do a catering arrangement for you, with our partners who provide such services.

What kind of the equipment do I have with the room rental?

Service of the room includes the use of a projector (with adapters for Mac and HDMI) and a presentation pointer. The room is also equipped with a flipchart stand, which is also a whiteboard with the associated markers. Flipchart paper is not included.
Wireless internet is available for use by all participants. Also, if you need something to be copied, you can do it in our space by prior arrangement.

Can I see the space before the final confirmation of the reservation?

We recommend that you check out the space before confirming your reservation to make sure it meets the needs of your event.

What are the payment terms?

By confirming the terms from our side and receiving the official offer, reservation of a particular term is confirmed by payment of 50% of the rental amount of the room. If you will pay the full amount for renting the room after you receive the official offer, you will get a discount on the price of the room. ( In case you have more reserved terms for renting our room, you just have to pay the full amount for one term reservation to get a discount)

Is there technical support available (regarding internet, equipment, etc.)?

There is a person (Hub Host) who will be at your disposal during your event to help you with potential logistical difficulties, to welcome your participants and make sure your working atmosphere is pleasant.
